In manual cabinet sandblasting machines, the abrasive material is delivered to the blasting gun through two different methods depending on the system type:
• Suction (vacuum) systems: The abrasive is drawn from the hopper by the vacuum effect created by the blasting gun and is propelled onto the surface.
• Pressure systems: The abrasive is mixed with compressed air inside the pressurized blast pot, delivered to the gun at high speed, and applied to the surface.
In both methods, the process is based on propelling the abrasive material onto the surface in a controlled manner to perform the sandblasting operation.
Filter System: Dust generated during blasting is efficiently collected by a high-capacity fan suction system, ensuring a clean and safe working environment inside the cabin.
Jet Pulse System: The automatic, timer-controlled filter cleaning function periodically shakes off accumulated dust on the filter surface, preventing dust adhesion and extending the efficient operating life of the filter.
Safety Features: Blasting cannot be performed while the loading/unloading door is open due to safety measures. The system operates only when the operator presses the foot pedal. This safety chain helps prevent accidents and unintended operation.
Ease of Loading and Handling: Our machines are equipped with doors that allow loading from the right and/or left side. Optional equipment such as support stands and wheeled rotary tables can be positioned in front of the doors to facilitate the handling and blasting of heavy parts.
Thanks to these features, industrial manual cabinet sandblasting machines provide an efficient, safe, and environmentally friendly working environment, enhancing both operational quality and operator comfort.
