The machine can operate with a closed-loop conveyor system, and additional systems such as painting system, drying oven, and curing oven can be integrated at the shotblasting exit according to customer requirements. This flexibility enhances production processes and offers customized solutions.
Parts are transported to the shotblasting chamber by hanging on hooks, and thanks to abrasive balls/grits shot at high speeds from turbines, all surfaces of the parts are evenly shotblasted, ensuring homogeneous cleaning of the products.
