Areas of Use
Hanger type shotblast machines are used for cleaning casting sand, scale, and oxides from the surfaces of steel, ductile, cast iron, copper, and aluminum castings, as well as for preparation before painting. These machines are also effectively used in industries such as automotive suppliers, spring manufacturing, agricultural machinery production, pressure vessel industry, and steel forging.
Hanger type shotblast machines provide reliable and efficient solutions for surface treatment processes of large, heavy, and sensitive workpieces. Thanks to special hook and rotating suspension systems, parts rotate in the cabin for half of the programmed time in a clockwise direction and the other half in a counterclockwise direction, ensuring equal shotblasting of all surfaces.
Hanger type shotblast machines are produced with single rail (monorail) or double rail (bifurcated) options based on demand. The load capacity of the hooks is either 1000 kilograms or 1500 kilograms. The cabin sheet thickness of our hanger type shotblast machines is manufactured from 8 to 10mm thick steel. The interior of the body is coated with X120Mn12 Manganese or Hardox® protective plates for wear resistance.
Shotblasting turbines with 7.5 kW to 11 kW motors and 8 pallet, ⌀320 are used.
Filter options include cartridge filters or fabric filter options. All our filters are equipped with the “Jet-Pas” cleaning system.
Rotary sieve is a mechanical screening system used to classify abrasive materials according to their size during shotblasting. The magnetic rotary sieve system separates iron and other magnetic particles. It is effective in screening contaminants such as rust, paint, and fine iron dust generated by abrasives (removed from the material). Both systems help increase process efficiency by maintaining the purity of the abrasives and protect machine components.
